Wickham Farmhouse
From the moment you walk through the door you
realise you are entering a special home and no ordinary bed and breakfast.
The beamed reception rooms and bedrooms, plus many personal touches
throughout, create a cosy and relaxing atmosphere, which we endeavour to
complement by way of friendly, courteous service.
The main part of the house is known to date back
as far as the 14th Century and possibly earlier. The huge
back-to-back inglenooks in the drawing room and kitchen were probably
added in the 16th Century with further modernisations up to the
present day.
The house is in a quiet and secluded position and
is approached down a long, private lane. Together with the recently
converted 16th century flint barn, it is set in three acres of
garden with lovely views across farmland and open countryside.
